3.  Our Services

These terms apply when you purchase any of our themed pre-planned flowerbed designs or our bespoke garden design services or planting services.

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Grow the Look Gardens Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

4.  Eligibility

Our services are available to private individuals aged 18 or over, residing in mainland UK.

5.  Orders and Payments

  • Orders are placed exclusively through our website.

  • We accept payments via Wix Payments (credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay).

  • Full payment must be received at the time of order.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

6.  Delivery

  • We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Lead times from checkout to delivery will be at minimum 3 weeks lead time.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the plants have been delivered to the specified address.

7.  Refunds and Returns

  • As plants are perishable goods, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a suitable remedy (replacement or refund).

  • No other refunds or returns will be offered.

8.  Plant Survival Disclamer

​We take care to supply healthy plants, but we cannot guarantee survival once delivered. Factors such as weather, soil, pests, and aftercare are outside our control. By purchasing from us, you accept responsibility for the ongoing care of your plants.

9.  Intellectual Property

All planting designs, plans, website content, text, graphics, and images are the intellectual property of Grow the Look Gardens Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10.  Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our planting plans commercially without consent.

11.  Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions or customer aftercare.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for your order.

12.  Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website, with the date of update noted.
